    Conversation

    We start with how you live — where you walk in, what you switch off last. Not a product list.

  2. 02

    System design

    Lighting circuits, blind motors, sensors and control points drawn against your architect's plans.

  3. 03

    Coordination

    We brief your electrical contractor before conduit goes in, so nothing has to be chased later.

  4. 04

    Installation

    Cabinet build, wiring supervision and device fit-out staged to the site programme.

  5. 05

    Commissioning

    Every circuit named, every scene tuned on site with you in the room. This is the part that decides whether the house feels good.

  6. 06

    Aftercare

    Handover walkthrough, remote support, and adjustments as the household changes.

Zense is the Johor arm of a working technical practice. Madoc Integration Solution has been designing and commissioning automation since 2014 as a Loxone Gold Partner, on projects up to a 19,000 sq ft Muar residence featured by Tatler Asia. Every Zense installation draws on that engineering team — we say so plainly, because it is the reason we can promise what we promise.
