Zense Integrated Systems was registered in 2026 to bring proper building automation to Johor. The engineering behind it is not new: we work in partnership with Madoc Integration Solution, a Loxone Gold Partner that has been designing and commissioning automation since 2014. We would rather tell you that up front than let you discover it later.

A 19,000 sq ft Muar residence, published by Tatler Asia.
The largest project in the partnership's portfolio is a three-storey Muar home where lighting, climate, blinds, security and audio run as one system across hundreds of circuits. It is the clearest answer to the fair question a homeowner should ask: has anyone actually done this at scale here, and does it still work years later.
